Dilbat (la moderna Tell ed-Duleim, Iraq) [1] è stata una antica città minore sumera localizzata a sud-e di Babilonia, sulla riva est del ramo ovest dell'Eufrate (oggi è Al-Qādisiyyah in Iraq).
La ziggurat E-ibe-Anu, dedicata alla dea Urash, era posizionata al centro della città ed è menzionata nell'Epopea di Gilgamesh [2].
